Smart access
AI-assisted intake, scheduling and routing connect patients with the appropriate setting and service.
MedPlex connects hospitals, HOPDs and physician networks through AI-enabled access, coordination and operating intelligence. Houston begins with a planned cluster limited to five hospitals and ten HOPDs.
Each market is organized as a connected regional cluster. Hospitals anchor higher-capability services, HOPDs extend hospital-affiliated outpatient access, and the MedPlex Physician Network supports primary care, specialists, navigation and follow-up across both formats.
Houston is planned as the initial cluster, capped at five hospitals and ten HOPDs. The model can then be replicated in other major U.S. markets under common system standards.
A secure digital foundation connects access, facilities, physician practices, Health Card USA and management reporting. AI supports faster decisions and more efficient workflows without displacing clinical accountability.
AI-assisted intake, scheduling and routing connect patients with the appropriate setting and service.
Navigation and follow-up workflows connect hospital, HOPD and physician-network encounters.
Operational dashboards help teams understand utilization, staffing, throughput and service demand.
Analytics support coding review, collections management and entity-level financial visibility.
Each validated location can strengthen the playbooks used to enter and operate future markets.
Purpose-built hospital locations combining surgery, short-stay care, emergency capability, imaging and laboratory services with a comprehensive Physician Network in the same campus.
Two-story neighborhood facilities designed to bring hospital-affiliated outpatient services and coordinated physician access closer to the communities MedPlex serves.
Patients can enter through a neighborhood HOPD, a MedPlex hospital, the Physician Network or Health Card USA. The system is designed to keep navigation and follow-up connected after the immediate need is addressed.
Access the system through primary care, a participating physician, an HOPD or a hospital hub.
Direct patients to the appropriate outpatient, diagnostic, specialist or hospital setting.
Connect information, navigation and physician relationships across the network.
Return patients to primary care, specialists, behavioral support or hub-based programs.
The planned Fry Road campus in Katy is approximately 69,000 square feet: about 46,000 square feet of hospital operations on the first two floors and a 23,000-square-foot Physician Network on the third floor.
The current hospital concept is focused rather than tertiary, with no ICU and defined transfer pathways for care outside its planned scope.
Clinical program, licensing, staffing, payer participation and opening services remain subject to final design, regulatory review and operating validation.
Primary care, rotating specialists, behavioral telehealth, care navigation and Health Card USA enrollment.
Hospital-affiliated outpatient services planned for the needs of each community.
Each approximately 16,000-square-foot HOPD combines focused hospital outpatient capability downstairs with a scaled Physician Network upstairs. The format extends access while remaining connected to comprehensive MedPlex hubs.
A clearer way into the system and a connected path through diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
Hospital access and practice infrastructure designed to support independent medicine and clinical control.
A scalable model intended to place focused healthcare access in growing Houston-area markets.
Houston begins with five comprehensive hospital hubs, ten neighborhood HOPDs, one Physician Network and a shared AI-enabled operating platform. Future markets can follow the same disciplined model.
